How does billing work?

You are billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. Yearly plans save you two months compared to paying monthly. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. You can upgrade from Core to Growth at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept for subscriptions?

We accept Nigerian bank transfers for subscription payments. Your billing is managed securely through our payment infrastructure.

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel your subscription, your store remains active and accessible until the end of your current billing period. After that, your store will be deactivated. You can reactivate at any time by subscribing again.

What are AI credits?

Accepted Answer

AI credits are used every time you use an AI feature: generating a blog post, optimising a product description, creating social content, generating ad backgrounds, or running the AI chatbot. AI credits are included with the Growth plan (1,000 per month). The Core plan does not include AI features.
