What is the Gateway plan?

Gateway is our free tier - no monthly fee, no credit card required. It is a WooCommerce payment integration: install the Vaendora plugin on your existing WooCommerce store and accept payments with automatic verification. No more manually confirming every customer payment. Your transactions, customers, and dashboard are all visible inside Vaendora. You pay only a small transaction fee on sales. Payment pages, custom domains, full e-commerce, and AI features require Core or Growth.

How does billing work?

You are billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. Yearly plans save you two months compared to paying monthly. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept for subscriptions?

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel your subscription, your store remains active and accessible until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account returns to Gateway (free tier) and you cannot access any of the Core or Growth features. You can resubscribe at any time.

The AI Business Strategist is a conversational AI advisor available on the Growth plan. It has full context of your actual business data: revenue, orders, customers, top-selling products, and trends. You ask it plain questions like "What should I promote this week?" or "How did last month compare to the month before?" and it gives you actionable answers grounded in your real numbers.

What are AI credits?

AI credits are used every time you use an AI feature: generating a blog post, optimising a product description, creating social content, generating ad backgrounds, or running the AI chatbot. AI credits are included with the Growth plan (1,000 per month). The Core plan does not include AI features.
